The IEEE CIS Student Branch Chapter, University of Jaffna, organized a virtual session on Strategic CV Writing for Career Fair Success - session 3 on 12th March 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM via Zoom . The event featured guest speakers from IFS Mr. Sharon Fernando (Lead, Talent Acquisition) and Ms. Udeni Gunasekara (Junior Executive, Talent Acquisition) ,who provided expert insights into crafting effective CVs. They emphasized the importance of proper formatting, strategic use of keywords, and tailoring applications to stand out in competitive job markets. The interactive session offered valuable guidance to students, equipping them with practical strategies to enhance their career readiness.
