CV Excellence Mastery Workshop – ELEVATEX 2026 The first workshop of ELEVATEX 2026 Career Readiness & Internship Preparation Program , organized by the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch, University of Jaffna and it guided nearly 130 participants on creating recruiter-ready CVs. The session was led by Ms. Dulani Dassanayake , a Talent Acquisition Lead at CUBE Sri Lanka, and it covered CV structure, ATS-friendly formatting, role-specific tailoring, and live improvement suggestions, providing students and young professionals practical insights to confidently navigate the recruitment process.
