A meeting was convened in February to conduct the rehearsal and final preparations for the InnovMind Maze Competition, with the participation of the Organizing Committee and supporting members. During the rehearsal, the team reviewed the event flow, tested the competition procedures, and ensured that all technical and logistical arrangements were functioning effectively. Responsibilities were reconfirmed among committee members to ensure smooth coordination during the final competition. The committee also celebrated the 5th Anniversary of the chapter, focusing on program arrangements, venue preparation, and coordination of participants. Special attention was given to the chapter's vision and mission. Based on the 5th anniversary milestone, the Executive Committee decided to introduce the vision and mission for the IAS chapter. The committee emphasized the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and proper planning, which contributed to the success of the past five years and will support the future growth of the chapter.
