The Volunteer Onboarding Meetup was organized to welcome and engage the national volunteers of the IEEE Sri Lanka Section for the new term. The session provided volunteers with an opportunity to meet the leadership team, connect with fellow volunteers, and gain a clear understanding of the vision, structure, and key initiatives planned for the year ahead. The program included interactive activities and icebreaker sessions that helped foster collaboration, strengthen team spirit, and build meaningful connections among volunteers in a relaxed and engaging environment.
