The first Executive Committee Meeting of IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka for the 2026 term was held to introduce the newly appointed Executive Committee members and outline the operational structure for the year. The meeting included an overview of the pillar- based leadership structure, discussion of potential initiatives such as volunteer training, ESG activities, membership development, and partnerships, as well as the assignment of Executive Committee representatives for national projects. The session also highlighted preliminary ideas for programs and financial management approaches for the upcoming term.
