The plan will remain flexible and may be revised after consultation with the Standing Committees if necessary. Planned Timeline: End of March Online session targeting International Women’s Day Featuring invited women speakers to deliver value to the community April – May CV Clinic / Career Guidance Program Focus: career readiness, certifications, and CV improvement for students June – August Artemis 2.0 IoT competition focused on women’s safety solutions Expected to produce practical solutions/products June – July Workshop series for girls’ school students Objective: motivation and career awareness September – November Industry Visit Collaboration Program Out of the 2026 Year Plan(discussed), the committee decided to continue and conduct the “Hinayata Saviyak” program in collaboration with the Student Branch (SB). 2. Standing Committee Calling Process The Standing Committee application calling flyer will be released on 28th February. Applications will remain open for 7 days, after which the applicant count will be reviewed. Based on the response, the committee will decide whether to release an additional promotional flyer or a “Closing Soon” reminder. A final closing flyer will be posted one day before the application deadline.
