IEEE WIE USJ – Standing Committee Meeting Minutes Attendees: EXCO and Standing Committee Members 1. Welcome The meeting was called to order and welcomed by Harini (Assistant Secretary). 2. Member Introductions Nimangee (chairperson) introduced herself to the group. Belani(Webmaster) gave an introduction and explained the responsibilities of the Design & Editorial Team. Sawandi(Secretary) provided an introduction and shared the responsibilities of the Volunteering Management Team. Keshara(Tressure) presented the responsibilities of the Finance Team. 3. Vote of Thanks Shanki(Vice chairperson) delivered the vote of thanks for the meeting. 4. Meeting Closure The meeting was concluded by Harini (Assistant Secretary).
