This is the very first meeting with the ExCom for the newly appointed Faculty Ambassadors of the IEEE SB USJ. Key points : The structure of the IEEE USJ was briefly introduced. The duties of the faculty ambassadors were described. · Flyers must be shared with their respective faculty · The work related to venue arrangement must be managed through the faculty ambassadors if the event is decided to be held in their respective faculty The ambassadors were informed about the upcoming events – Promotional programs of IEEE in the orientation programs, Annual General Meeting and Award Ceremony and Awurudu with IEEE their roles in the events were described – promoting the events and ensuring participation from all the faculties.
