The Interview Skills & Body Language workshop , conducted as the second phase of the ELEVATEX 2026 Career Readiness & Internship Preparation Program , was successfully held online with around 40 participants . The workshop, organized by the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter of the University of Jaffna in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Jaffna, was delivered by Ms. Nadeesha Wickramasinghe , Group Head of Human Resources at VSIS Group. She shared valuable insights on building confidence in interviews, effective body language, and maintaining professionalism in virtual environments. The interactive session helped students understand practical techniques to create strong first impressions and enhance their readiness for internships and career opportunities.
