The IEEE IES USJ Student Branch Chapter conducted its Annual Year Plan & Standing Committee Follow-up Meeting with the participation of the Executive Committee. During the Annual Year Plan discussion , members collaboratively proposed initiatives for the 2026/27 term. Key suggestions included organizing an AI Workshop and Competition targeting both university and school students, initiating a continuous Workshop and Competitive Series to ensure consistent engagement, maintaining previously successful events for sustainability, and introducing collaborative programs with other IEEE societies to enhance interdisciplinary exposure. It was collectively agreed to structure the Annual Year Plan by integrating flagship events, recurring programs, and collaborative initiatives. Under Year Plan Documentation , it was decided that the Secretary will prepare a structured draft of the Annual Year Plan, which will be shared with the Executive Committee for review. Final task allocations and confirmations are expected to be completed within the following week. Regarding the Standing Committee Application Follow-up , the committee reviewed the progress of the application process. The Standing Committee Flyer is scheduled for official release the following day, and the Registration Form along with the Roles & Responsibilities document were discussed in detail. The next meeting was scheduled for Friday to further finalize the Annual Year Plan and confirm task allocations.
