Key points discussed: Ms. Dheeshana appreciated the participation and support at the AGM & Award Ceremony 2026 (Excellencia) Mr. Praveen mentioned that the budget of the AGM is still in the process and it would be finalized soon. Additionally, it was mentioned that the necessary costs spent for each chapter will be taken from the remaining balance of chapters and the method of collection is not yet confirmed. Ms. Dheeshana asked about updates on upcoming events of each chapter and about the flyers of the AGM and the process and order of posting the flyers was explained. Mr. Movindu and Ms. Dheeshana informed about the upcoming event of SB: Awurudu with IEEE, the annual awurudu celebration. Ms. Dheeshana also informed about the upcoming Jamboree of zone C which will most likely be held on the first week of June.
