Attention was also given to contingency planning and smooth coordination among organizing teams to ensure the successful delivery of the event. The Computer Society (CS) Student Branch Chapter provided updates on the progress of Codemania V6.0, highlighting advancements in program structuring, competition design, and participant engagement strategies. The chapter discussed finalizing technical components, judging criteria, and marketing campaigns to position Codemania as a competitive and impactful coding event. Emphasis was placed on execution timelines and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. Meanwhile, the Industry Applications Society (IAS) Student Branch Chapter focused on the preparations for InnovMind v3.0 webinar series.
