The March monthly meeting of the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of SLTC was successfully conducted with the active participation of both Ex-com and Sub-Com members. The meeting began with a warm welcome by the chairman, who appreciated the continued dedication and teamwork of all members. The session focused on reviewing past activities while also planning for upcoming initiatives. One of the key highlights of the discussion was the successful completion of WIESTEM Session-2, which was held in January. Members reflected on the event’s outcomes, sharing feedback and acknowledging the collective effort that contributed to its success. This review helped identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights for organizing future events. The meeting also emphasized the future work related to InspiHer{Tech} V4.0. Discussions were held on refining plans, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing promotional strategies to ensure the success of the project. Members actively contributed their ideas, demonstrating strong collaboration and commitment toward achieving the group’s goals. In the latter part of the meeting, it was noted that upcoming academic examinations would require members to prioritize their studies. Therefore, timelines and responsibilities were discussed with consideration for balancing both academic and organizational commitments. The meeting concluded on a positive and supportive note.
