The IEEE Student Branch of SLIIT will proudly host its Annual General Meeting 2026 on 12th March 2026 at G1401, New Building, SLIIT, Malabe , formally marking the transition to the 2026/2027 term . As one of the most significant events in the branch calendar, the AGM will bring together members, student leaders, and invited guests to reflect on the achievements of the concluding term and welcome the leadership team for the year ahead. The meeting will commence with formal opening proceedings, followed by welcome remarks and the presentation and confirmation of previous meeting minutes. Annual, activity, and financial reports will be delivered to provide a clear overview of the branch’s initiatives, progress, and accomplishments throughout the past term. The AGM will also feature the formal appointment of new office bearers and committee members for the upcoming term, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities to the incoming leadership. In addition, the event will recognize the dedication, hard work, and volunteer spirit of members whose contributions have played an important role in the branch’s success.
