Key discussion points: Ms. Dheeshana introduced the newly established GRSS chapter at USJ to the ExCom and thanked all for the support at the Awurudu with IEEE event. Ms. Dheeshana asked for updates from chapter representatives. Mr. Rusira from CS Chapter mentioned the Beauty of Cloud 1st session was successful. Ms. Nimangee fro WIE updated regarding their next event which is to be held at 30th April. Mr. Duleepa updated regarding IES events. Mr. Asan updated regarding SPS events. Mr. Hiran updated regarding the ComSoc chapter. Mr. Manuja updated regarding PES Chapter. Mr. Thiran mentioned ExCom flyers will start releasing from tomorrow. Mr. Praveen updated regarding the treasurer meeting which took place earlier the same day and the Awurudu event budget is preparing. Mr. Rusira and Ms. Nimangee agreed on their event dates.
