The SB AG Chairs Meeting was organized by the WIE Sri Lanka Section to bring together Student Branch Affinity Group Chairs for alignment, collaboration, and effective planning of upcoming activities for the 2026 term. The meeting focused on sharing important updates from the WIE Sri Lanka Section, discussing newsletter contribution guidelines, and presenting key initiatives such as Power Hour, WIE Connect, Tech Pulse, WIE Code, and Women in Navigate led by EXCOM members. During the session, details regarding these events were discussed, including their objectives, expectations, and the role of SB AG Chairs in ensuring successful execution within their respective student branches. Special emphasis was placed on active participation, timely communication, filling shared records, responding to forms and requests through the WhatsApp group, reporting all events on vTools, and regularly updating the shared tracking sheet. The meeting provided a valuable platform for discussion, clarification, and strengthening collaboration between the WIE Sri Lanka Section and Student Branch Affinity Groups to ensure impactful and well-documented WIE activities across Sri Lanka.
