This was the inaugural secretary meeting of the IEEE USJ. Key Points: Mr. Sakindu Weenath, SB Secretary hosted the meeting and asked everyone to introduce themselves. He then congratulated all the secretaries on their appointment. Importance of vTools reporting was explained in detail. Asked to update the event tracker sheet necessarily. Mr. Sakindu also asked to maintain a drive for chapter events. IEEE R10 Awards application process was also explained.
