The first introductory meetings for the organizing committees of J’Pura Expedition 3.0 , a tech talk series organized by the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura , were successfully conducted to initiate the event planning and coordination process. Separate introductory meetings were held for the Finance, Design, Marketing, Program, Delegates, and Logistics crews . During these meetings, the organizing committee members were briefed on the overall purpose, structure, and expected outcomes of J’Pura Expedition 3.0. The responsibilities of each crew were discussed, along with the initial plans, timelines, and coordination methods required to ensure the smooth execution of the event series. These meetings provided a valuable platform for the organizing teams to understand their roles, share ideas, and align their efforts toward making J’Pura Expedition 3.0 a successful and impactful initiative.
