Logistics Team The Team Leader’s Interview for the Logistics Team of Career Gateway 1.0 , the inaugural job fair organized by the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura , was conducted to evaluate and appoint a suitable leader to oversee the logistical operations of the event. Finance Team The Team Leader’s Interview for the Finance Team was conducted to appoint a responsible leader to manage the financial aspects of the event. During the interview, Nirmal Colombage was assessed based on his financial planning skills, responsibility, attention to detail, leadership ability, and understanding of budget management.
