A heads meeting for Career Gateway 1.0 , the inaugural job fair organized by the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura , was conducted with the participation of the Student Branch Executive Committee, Event Chairs, and Co-Chairs. The meeting focused on discussing the overall event schedule, event plan, organizing structure, and key responsibilities of each team. Important areas such as program flow, task allocation, team coordination, timeline management, and preparation requirements were reviewed to ensure the smooth planning and execution of the event. And the finance and industry relations part was discussed in detail. The discussion provided a clear understanding of the roles and expectations of the organizing heads, helping to strengthen coordination among the leadership team. This meeting served as an important step in aligning the organizing committee toward the successful implementation of Career Gateway 1.0.
