Event Overview: The Chairperson of the IEEE Power & Energy Society Student Branch Chapter of University of Sri Jayewardenepura conducted a knowledge transferring session for the incoming Secretary and Assistant Secretary through Google Meet . The primary objective of the program was to provide comprehensive guidance on properly updating, formatting, and logging events and projects within IEEE vTools . Key Focus Areas: vTools Navigation: Correct procedures and requirements for submitting and updating chapter activities . Documentation Standards: Methods for formatting, maintaining proper documentation, and uploading precise event details . * Compliance: Ensuring all reporting aligns strictly with IEEE official reporting guidelines and standards . Objectives: To guide chapter officers on proper vTools updating procedures . 2 To improve the accuracy and quality of event and project submissions . To educate officers on important IEEE reporting guidelines and standards . To strengthen administrative knowledge within the PES Chapter . Outcome The session successfully enhanced the knowledge of the Secretary and Assistant Secretary regarding IEEE vTools handling and reporting procedures, enabling them to manage future chapter updates more effectively and professionally.
