A meeting was held this month to discuss the initial planning and progress of the Sri Lanka Arduino Challenge 2026. The team reviewed the current status of project activities, discussed methods for monitoring progress with the organizing team, and addressed challenges encountered during the early stages of implementation. Possible solutions and follow-up actions were also discussed to ensure the smooth execution of the project. In addition, the team discussed plans for providing guidance and continuous monitoring of project activities throughout the project period. The meeting also covered preparations for the upcoming SLTC IEEE Executive Committee interviews, with a focus on encouraging and preparing IES subcommittee members for the selection process and future leadership opportunities within IEEE.
