The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Student Branch Chapter of the University of Jaffna, in collaboration with the District Secretariat – Kilinochchi, conducted a two-day workshop titled “Leveraging AI for Administrative Efficiency” on 23–24 April 2026. The program introduced administrative officers to Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for productivity, data handling, and communication, combining theory with hands-on sessions. Participants gained practical skills, confidence in AI-driven solutions, and insights into smart governance and administrative excellence .
