The Mentee Orientation Session is designed to provide prospective and selected mentees with a comprehensive introduction to Young Protégé 2026 , a flagship mentoring initiative under StudPro 9.0 in collaboration with the global IEEE ELEVATE program. This session will guide participants through the program structure, mentorship journey, key milestones, and expected outcomes. Attendees will gain insights into the vision and impact of the IEEE ELEVATE initiative while understanding how the program connects aspiring undergraduates with experienced industry professionals. The session will also highlight the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of mentees, helping participants maximize their learning experience, build meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, and make the most of the opportunities offered throughout the program.
