The second day of HerVisio n was successfully conducted on 30th April 2026 at the Kotte Divisional Secretariat from 09.00 AM to 02.30 PM. This session was designed for existing women entrepreneurs and focused on strengthening their digital presence, improving online engagement, and exploring innovative technologies to support business growth. The program provided participants with advanced knowledge of social media marketing strategies, including content planning, audience targeting, customer interaction, and techniques for increasing online visibility. Participants learned how to optimize their social media platforms to effectively promote their products and services while building stronger relationships with customers. A key component of the session was the introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications for small and medium-scale businesses. Participants learned how AI-powered tools can support content creation, customer engagement, market research, and overall business efficiency, helping them leverage technology for sustainable growth. An important highlight of Day 2 was a special meetup arranged by the Kotte Divisional Secretariat with Hon. Chathuranga Abeysinghe, Deputy Minister of Industries and Entrepreneurship Development. The meetup was attended by Dr. Pradeep Kalansooriya, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, members of the organizing committee, and representatives of the executive committee of the IEEE Student Branch of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. The discussion provided encouragement and recognition for the initiative while creating a valuable platform for exchanging ideas on entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and community empowerment. The successful completion of Phase 2 marked a significant milestone in the HerVision initiative, equipping participants with advanced digital marketing knowledge and practical AI-driven solutions to strengthen and sustain their entrepreneurial ventures.
