This administrative initiative covers the comprehensive recruitment, evaluation, and selection framework for the Nexora 2026 Organizing Committee (OC). The process was executed in a structured, competitive format to ensure leadership alignment and strategic team formation based on merit and skill sets. Key Recruitment Metrics & Selection Timeline: Application & Public Call (June 01 – June 06, 2026): The official recruitment campaign commenced on June 01 with the release of the promotional flyer across networks. A total of 39 candidates successfully submitted applications. Evaluation & Interviews (June 07 & June 10, 2026): Following a preliminary shortlisting process, 24 candidates advanced to and participated in rigorous panel interviews. The sessions evaluated individual technical competencies, operational skills, and alignment with project goals. Final ExCo Selection Meeting (June 12, 2026): A decisive evaluation meeting was convened with the full participation of the PES Executive Committee (ExCo). The panel reviewed interview performance metrics to thoroughly assess individual capabilities. Consequently, a refined 17-member Organizing Committee was finalized, comprising the following structural designations: Core Leadership: OC Chair & OC Co-Chair Specialized Committees (Each led by 1 Committee Head): Marketing & Design Team: 1 Head + 3 Members Logistics Team: 1 Head + 3 Members Programming Team: 1 Head + 2 Members Finance Team: 1 Head + 1 Member (to complete the 15 committee positions + 2 core chairs)
