Minutes Prepared By: Sawandi Karavita (Secretary) Discussion Summary 1. Artemia 2.0 Project The committee discussed the implementation of the Artemia 2.0 project and explored several possible approaches. After evaluating the available options, the committee agreed to organize a Data Structures Competition as the primary activity under the Artemia 2.0 project. Decision: Conduct a Data Structures Competition under Artemia 2.0. Schedule the event for September 2026 . 2. Bloom Beyond – School Students' Program The committee discussed the objectives and execution plan for the Bloom Beyond program, which is targeted at school students. Various activities and engagement strategies were proposed and reviewed. Decisions: Proceed with the planning and implementation of the Bloom Beyond program. Establish a separate Organizing Committee (OC) to manage and coordinate the program activities. Schedule the event for July 2026 . 4. Women's Day Awareness Initiative The committee discussed several ways to celebrate and support Women's Day. Members proposed creating a series of three interconnected videos highlighting women's achievements, challenges, and contributions to society and STEM fields. The videos will also showcase initiatives and efforts undertaken by WIE to empower and support women. Decision: Share a series of three related awareness videos for Women's Day. Include content highlighting the activities and impact of WIE in promoting women's empowerment and leadership. Use the videos to inspire young girls and encourage their participation in STEM and professional development activities. 5. Podcast Series The committee discussed launching a podcast series focused on women's empowerment. The series will feature discussions, experiences and insights from inspiring women to encourage personal and professional growth among students and young professionals. Decision: Conduct a women's empowerment podcast series during August 2026 . Invite speakers to share their experiences, achievements, and advice related to leadership, career development, and overcoming challenges.
