The ConnectX Industry Visit Series is an initiative organized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Student Branch Chapter of the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) , aimed at providing students with real-world industry exposure in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and emerging technologies. The fourth industry visit of the series was conducted to ADA Global on 15 May 2025 from 2:30 PM onwards, providing students with valuable exposure to the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in modern business environments. The session focused on how Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and customer engagement are integrated to develop practical solutions for real-world business applications. Participants were introduced to key Artificial Intelligence and Data Science concepts, including pattern recognition and clustering techniques, while also exploring their applications in audience segmentation and other real-world business use cases. The session also highlighted how AI and data-driven technologies are used to develop scalable and intelligent solutions for customer engagement. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where students engaged with industry professionals and gained further insights into AI applications and emerging industry trends. Overall, the visit provided a comprehensive and insightful learning experience that enhanced students' understanding of modern AI and Data Science practices in industry.
