On behalf of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Student Branch Affinity Group of SLTC, the InspiHER{Tech} V4.0 Award Ceremony was successfully organized to celebrate the dedication, achievements, and outstanding performances demonstrated throughout the event journey. The ceremony created a memorable platform to recognize participants and appreciate everyone who contributed to the success of the initiative. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Dr. Chameera De Silva (PhD, UniMelb), Head of the Department – Data Science / Lecturer, who attended as the distinguished Guest Speaker. The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the oil lamp, symbolizing wisdom, success, and new beginnings. Following the ceremonial opening, the Project Chairperson delivered the Welcome Speech, warmly welcoming all attendees and reflecting on the journey of InspiHER{Tech} V4.0. Afterwards, the Guest Speaker Session was conducted, where valuable insights and inspiring words were shared with the audience, encouraging delegates to continue exploring opportunities in technology and innovation. As a token of appreciation, a Token of Appreciation was presented to the Guest Speaker by the Chairperson of IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of SLTC in recognition of their valuable presence and contribution to the event. The ceremony continued with the certificate awarding session, where certificates were presented to delegates and Organizing Committee members in appreciation of their participation, dedication, and commitment throughout the event. Following this, the much-anticipated winner announcement took place. The Champion title was awarded to Team TRINITY, while Team NOVASQUAD secured the First Runner-Up position and Team BYTEBLAZERS achieved the Second Runner-Up position. The winning teams were recognized and awarded with cash prizes and gifts for their outstanding performances. Additionally, a special recognition award was presented to Team CODE, who were selected as the Best Performance – Popular Team in appreciation of their remarkable engagement and impact during phase 1 and phase 2 on InspiHER{Tech}V4.0. Certificates of appreciation were also distributed to the project's organizing committee. The ceremony concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by the Project Secretary, expressing gratitude to the guest speaker, participants, organizing committee, and everyone who contributed to the success of the event. Finally, the event concluded with a photography session, capturing memorable moments and celebrating the successful completion of InspiHER{Tech} V4.0.
