A heads meeting was conducted for the organizing committee of Career Gateway 1.0, bringing together the IEEE Student Branch Executive Committee along with the Event Chairperson, Secretary, and Co-Chairpersons. The meeting focused on reviewing the current progress of the project, evaluating completed milestones, and discussing the execution plan for the remaining phases of the event. Key discussions included committee updates, sponsor and partner coordination, marketing activities, logistics, session planning, task allocations, and upcoming deadlines.
