Introduction to INDUSTRY 200 The Project Chairperson welcomed all Organizing Committee members and introduced the INDUSTRY 200 Podcast Series. Key points discussed: Overview of the project's objectives and vision. The podcast series aims to connect students with industry professionals through insightful discussions. Brief introduction to the project timeline and execution plan. 2. Recording Procedure The workflow for podcast recordings was explained. Key decisions included: The first podcast recording is scheduled for tomorrow. The recording process and session flow were explained. The Technical Team was briefed on equipment setup, recording responsibilities, and quality checks. 3. Organizing Committee Introductions All OC members introduced themselves and their respective roles. 4. Expectations and Responsibilities Members were requested to: Attend meetings and recording sessions on time. Complete assigned tasks responsibly. Maintain effective communication and teamwork throughout the project. 5. Open Discussion Members shared suggestions regarding the recording process, guest coordination, and overall project execution Action Items Conduct the first podcast recording as scheduled. Technical Team to complete all equipment setup and testing before the recording session. Ensure all committee members are aware of their assigned responsibilities. Finalize the workflow for future recording sessions based on observations from the first episode. Collect feedback after the first recording to improve subsequent podcast episodes.
