Successfully conducted its Weekly Executive Committee Meeting with the participation of the Student Branch Executive Committee and the Chairpersons or designated representatives of all IEEE Student Branch Chapters. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Sakindu Weenath , Secretary of IEEE SB USJ, with the objective of strengthening coordination between the Student Branch and its Chapters while reviewing the progress of ongoing initiatives. Representatives from each Chapter presented operational challenges. Discussions focused on identifying and resolving chapter-related discrepancies, improving communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across all affiliated Chapters. The meeting also included a comprehensive update on Career Gateway 1.0 , where the latest progress, completed milestones, and upcoming tasks were shared with all participants. Key action items, responsibilities, and timelines were discussed to ensure the successful execution of the initiative. The session concluded with a clear set of action points and reaffirmed the commitment of the Executive Committee and Chapter leadership to maintain strong collaboration and deliver high-quality IEEE activities throughout the year.
