The event brought together student members, advisors, and university representatives to celebrate the chapter’s achievements and discuss the roadmap for future initiatives. The AGM commenced with a welcome address by the Interim Chair, followed by inspiring remarks from representatives of the IEEE Student Branch, the Student Branch Counselor, and the GRSS Chapter Advisor. The session included an introduction to GRSS, the announcement of election results, and the official unveiling of the newly appointed Executive Committee for the 2025/26 term. The meeting also featured discussions on the chapter constitution and bylaws, emphasizing the importance of effective governance, transparency, and a structured operational approach. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, the unveiling of the official chapter logo, and a virtual group photo session.
