The Executive Committee of the IEEE Student Branch of University of Sri Jayewardenepura (IEEE SB USJ) convened for a Special and Weekly ExCom Meeting to address strategic submissions and branch governance. Following the awards briefing, the session transitioned into the standard weekly ExCom agenda. The committee reviewed ongoing chapter operations, addressed current operational discrepancies, and discussed practical solutions to resolve inter-chapter administrative challenges, ensuring streamlined execution for upcoming initiatives.
