Weave & Worth was organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT), the event brought together aspiring women professionals for an afternoon of honest conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful connections. Held on 13th June 2026 at the IIT GP Square Auditorium, the roundtable discussion centered on confidence, personal branding, and navigating the ever-evolving professional world with authenticity and purpose. The session featured Ms. Asma Cader, Founder of The Orange Circle , whose inspiring career journey formed the heart of the discussion.
