BioByte 2.0 – Organizing Committee Meeting The BioByte 2.0 Organizing Committee meeting was held on 13 July at 8.00 p.m. , with the participation of all Organizing Committee (OC) members. The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of IEEE EMBS and the Project Chair , together with the committee members. The primary focus of the meeting was to finalise the BioByte 2.0 Delegate Booklet and ensure that all remaining content and design elements were completed. The team also discussed strategies for maintaining the quality and consistency of promotional flyers to ensure a professional standard across all publicity materials. In addition, the committee reviewed the project's progress, discussed upcoming tasks and timelines, and coordinated responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of the remaining project activities.
