As part of Phase 02 of IndustPro 5.0, participants had the opportunity to visit TIQRI, a global software development company recognized for delivering innovative digital solutions and fostering a collaborative engineering culture. The visit was organized to provide students with valuable exposure to the professional software development environment while strengthening their understanding of current industry practices. Throughout the visit, participants were introduced to TIQRI's organizational structure and Mr.Dilshan Prabath gave students understanding on, software development methodologies, and collaborative work culture. Industry professionals shared insights into emerging technology trends, modern software engineering practices, and the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and effective communication in today's technology landscape. Students also gained a better understanding of career opportunities within the software industry through discussions on internship pathways, recruitment expectations, and the technical and soft skills sought by employers. The visit concluded with an engaging networking session, allowing participants to interact with professionals, ask questions, and receive practical career advice from experienced engineers.
