Description

The IEEE Onboarding Session was conducted as a follow-up to the IEEE Introductory Session to assist prospective members in completing their IEEE membership registration. The session provided a dedicated environment where students who had expressed interest in joining IEEE received personalized guidance from the Membership Development Committee (MDC). Throughout the session, MDC members supported participants by explaining the membership registration process, assisting with account creation, resolving technical issues, and answering questions related to IEEE membership categories, benefits, and payment procedures. The one-on-one guidance ensured that prospective members were able to complete their registrations with confidence and gain a clear understanding of the opportunities available through IEEE. The event served as an important step in the Student Branch's membership development efforts by converting interested students into active IEEE members while strengthening engagement with the new intake. It also provided an opportunity for participants to interact with Student Branch volunteers and learn about upcoming IEEE activities and initiatives.
