The third and final workshop of DesignHer 2.0 focused on Mastering System Design & Introduction to DevOps , providing participants with an introduction to software architecture and modern deployment practices that are essential in today's software development industry. Held as a physical session, the workshop brought together participants for an engaging and interactive learning experience while marking the successful conclusion of the DesignHer 2.0 workshop series. The session was conducted by Mr. Chamuditha Kekulawala , Final Year Undergraduate, who shared practical knowledge and real-world perspectives on system design principles and DevOps fundamentals. Participants were introduced to key concepts such as designing scalable software systems, understanding system architecture, deployment workflows, version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and the role of DevOps in modern software engineering. Through practical examples and demonstrations, attendees gained valuable insights into how development and operations work together to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions. The workshop featured interactive discussions, practical demonstrations, and an engaging question-and-answer session, enabling participants to clarify concepts and better understand the software development lifecycle beyond coding. Following the workshop, the winners of the DesignHer 2.0 Competition were recognized for their outstanding performance, creativity, and technical excellence throughout the competition.
