She Too 5.0 - EmpowHer was an inspiring session organized in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026. The event brought together approximately 60 participants through Zoom and aimed to promote leadership, self-confidence, personal growth and women’s empowerment. The session featured Ms. Deshika Rodrigo, a Leadership and Life Coach, Diversity Specialist and HR Professional. She shared valuable insights on overcoming challenges, embracing diversity and developing the confidence required to pursue personal and professional goals. Her engaging presentation, supported by real-life experiences and interactive discussions, encouraged participants to recognize their potential and become impactful leaders in their respective fields. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, providing participants with an opportunity to clarify their concerns and engage directly with the speaker. Overall, She Too 5.0 - EmpowHer was a meaningful and impactful event that celebrated the strength, resilience and leadership of women while supporting participants’ personal and professional development.
