Description
The fifth workshop of HackElite 3.0 was successfully conducted on July 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The session was delivered by Mr. Odil Janandith - CTO, RoboticGen Academy (Final Year Undergraduate, BSc (Hons) in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, University of Moratuwa) and Mr. Yasantha Niroshana - EdTech Software Lead, RoboticGen Academy (Final Year Undergraduate, BSc (Hons) in Computer Science Engineering, University of Moratuwa). The workshop focused on the journey of developing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions from initial concepts to functional prototypes. Participants were introduced to key IoT concepts, including ideation, system design, hardware and software integration, and the practical considerations involved in building real-world IoT applications. The session provided valuable insights into prototyping methodologies and encouraged participants to explore innovative solutions using connected technologies.
