The Heenayata Saviyak 3.0 Organizing Committee Finalization Meeting was conducted following the completion of the volunteer interview process to finalize the organizing committee for the upcoming humanitarian initiative. The meeting was attended by the IEEE Student Branch Executive Committee together with the Event Chairperson and Co-Chairpersons. The primary objective of the meeting was to review interview outcomes, evaluate candidate suitability, and finalize appointments for each functional division of the organizing committee.
