Heenayata Saviyak 3.0 – First Organizing Committee Meeting was conducted as the inaugural full Organizing Committee meeting of the project, bringing together the IEEE Student Branch Executive Committee, Project Chair, Project Secretary, Project Co-Chairs, appointed Team Heads, and selected Organizing Committee members. The meeting served as the official introduction and kickoff of the newly appointed Organizing Committee, providing members with an understanding of the project's objectives, organizational structure, responsibilities, and initial direction. The session commenced with an introduction to the project by the IEEE Student Branch Chairperson and Vice Chairperson , who provided an overview of Heenayata Saviyak 3.0, its purpose, expected impact, and the importance of volunteer contribution toward the successful execution of the initiative. Following the introduction, the Project Chair formally introduced the appointed Team Heads and outlined their respective areas of responsibility within the Organizing Committee. This was followed by the Project Co-Chairs , who introduced their appointed teams and provided an overview of the roles and responsibilities assigned to each team. This helped establish a clear organizational structure and communication hierarchy among the newly appointed volunteers. The IEEE Student Branch Treasurer then addressed the Organizing Committee regarding the fundraising aspect of the project. The discussion highlighted the importance of effective financial planning, fundraising initiatives, resource management, and responsible handling of project-related finances. The IEEE Student Branch Secretary also addressed the committee, sharing important remarks regarding the project, organizational coordination, documentation, communication, and the responsibilities expected from the Organizing Committee throughout the project lifecycle. The meeting provided an opportunity for the newly appointed OC members to become familiar with the project leadership, understand their respective teams, and gain clarity regarding the overall direction of Heenayata Saviyak 3.0.
