Career Compass – Central Province Session is an initiative organized by IEEE Sri Lanka Inspire in collaboration with IFS, aimed at empowering post-O/L students with the knowledge and guidance required to make informed decisions about their future academic and career pathways. The session will provide participants with insights into higher education opportunities, emerging career fields, and future-ready skills, with perspectives from industry professionals and academic experts. The program will encourage students to identify their interests, explore diverse career pathways, and develop a clearer understanding of the opportunities available in technology, engineering, and related disciplines. Through this initiative, IEEE Sri Lanka Inspire aims to support and inspire the next generation in making confident and informed choices towards their academic and professional futures.
