The IEEE Sri Lanka Section successfully hosted its Annual Family Get-Together 2026 on Saturday, 20 June 2026, at The Barnhouse Sri Lanka, Panadura, bringing together 89 participants: IEEE members and their family members. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for IEEE members to step away from their professional commitments, reconnect with colleagues, and spend quality time with their loved ones in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The day was filled with a variety of activities designed for participants of all ages. Fun games and team activities kept everyone engaged, with special activities organized for children. Members and their families also enjoyed sports activities while the venue’s swimming pool provided an additional opportunity for relaxation and recreation. A range of exciting team challenges and fun games created a lively atmosphere throughout the day, encouraging interaction and strengthening the bonds among IEEE members and their families. Winners of the various competitions were recognized with prizes, adding to the excitement and enthusiasm of the participants.
