Sri Lanka Inspire – North Central Province Career Compass 2026 is a career guidance program organized to help school students learn more about their future education and career opportunities. The program will provide students with useful information about different study pathways, career choices and the skills they need for their future. It will also give them an opportunity to learn from experienced speakers and ask questions about their career goals. The sessions will focus on helping students understand their interests, strengths and possible career paths. Industry professionals and experienced lecturers will share their knowledge, experiences and practical advice with the participants. The program will also encourage students to explore new opportunities, develop their skills and think confidently about their future. Through this program, we hope to help students make better decisions about their education and career while motivating them to work towards their goals.
