The IEEE Young Protégé 2026 Final Summit marks the close of Young Protégé 2026, the structured mentorship program run by IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka and IEEE StudPro 9.0. Young Protégé connects students with experienced industry professionals through project-based mentorship, career guidance, and skill development, helping to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The Final Summit brings mentors and mentees together to look back on the 12-week mentoring journey, showcase what the mentees achieved, and recognize the growth and impact of the mentor–mentee partnerships formed during the program.
