The monthly meeting of the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of SLTC for August was successfully conducted with the active participation of the Executive Committee (Ex-Com) and Sub-Committee (Sub-Com) members. As the university examination period was ongoing, the meeting focused mainly on reviewing the progress and current status of the major projects, WiSTEM and InspiHER V5.0. During the meeting, the project teams discussed the overall progress, planned activities, and upcoming tasks of both projects. Members shared updates and reviewed the current project plans to ensure that the initiatives continue to move forward effectively while considering the academic commitments of the members during the examination period. The discussion provided an opportunity to maintain coordination among the project teams, identify upcoming priorities, and ensure that members remained informed about the progress of the major projects. The meeting concluded with a brief discussion on the next steps and an encouragement for members to balance their academic responsibilities with their project commitments.
