Continuing Phase 02 of IndustPro 5.0, participants took part in an exclusive industry visit to Virtusa, a global provider of digital engineering and IT services. The visit was organized to give students first-hand exposure to how a large-scale technology services organization operates and delivers solutions to clients around the world. During the visit, participants were introduced to Virtusa’s organizational structure, delivery model and engineering culture. Industry professionals shared insights into enterprise software development, client-focused project delivery, emerging technologies and the skills expected from graduates entering a global technology services environment. The session also covered internship and career pathways, recruitment expectations and professional growth within the industry. The visit concluded with an interactive networking session, allowing participants to engage directly with professionals, clarify their doubts and receive practical career guidance.
