The sixth Executive Committee Meeting of IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka, held on 10th June 2026, focused on national project progress, upcoming programmes, and strengthening operational coordination for the second half of the year. Updates were shared on Let’s Talk, StudPro, AI Driven Sri Lanka, INSL, SL Inspire, and Y2NPro, including completed industry sessions, preparations for the Career Fair, and adjustments to upcoming workshops and competitions. The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of Education Week, progress on the YPSL Lift Fund, the Graduate Student Research Connect Programme, and the SHED initiative. Additionally, discussions highlighted the need to improve subcommittee engagement, strengthen industry partnerships, secure mentors for upcoming programmes, and renew committee appointments to support effective project execution throughout the remainder of the term.
